Well, I am really pleased how much I improved in this workout... don't get me wrong - I know that I have a LONG way to go BUT... WOW! I am now using 25 pound weights for heavy pants and lawnmower and I have graduated to 15 pound weights for the back flys... yeah me!
I still struggle with the push ups but I still continue to push myself. And when I think that I can't do anymore I force myself to do two more... and all of that must be working because I lost another 3.3 pounds on the scale over the past two weeks. I am a happy girl and highly motivated to keep going.
